1. How does Unikorn delivery work?
We partner with local pet food and accessories stores and deliver the products the same day to your home. In case the product that you ordered is not available, our team will reach out to you to substitute with a similar product. Please note that for Unikorn to process delivery, we need qualifying order worth Rs.500 excluding delivery and other taxes. The delivery charge is Rs.40.
2. Which locations are you serving?
We serve SF bay area specifically South Bay to Pensinsula area which covers Palo Alto, Mountain View, Menlo Park, Los Altos, Sunnyvale, San Jose, Saratoga, Los Gatos and Cupertino in USA and Bangalore, Hyderabad in India. For the initial pilot, we only have the capability to deliver from the store closer to your city. We plan to expand more stores and locations in the coming months in both countries.
3. What delivery slots are available?
This depends on when you place an order. If you order by 11 AM, you order will be delivered between 1 to 3 PM. For orders placed after 11 and before 3 PM, the delivery will happen between 7- 9 PM the same day. For orders placed after 3 PM, the delivery will happen the next day between 1 and 3 PM. More delivery slots will be added depending on the demand.
4. Can I cancel my order and delivery?
Yes, as long as you do it within the hour of order otherwise it will be processed and sent for delivery.
5. How are returns handled?
In India, pet food is non-returnable. However, for other pet items please reach out to admin-IN@myunikorn.com and one of our team members will process the refund and collect the package during our next delivery (in the initial pilot phase) We will have a better alternative very soon early 2016.
6. How does vet on request work?
You select a vet with the available slot and he/she will show up at your place to do a routine, minor issue or wellness check. Please keep in mind that if your pet is in distress, you need to take it to the hospital and our Vet will not be able to provide service in those cases. You will still be charged for the visit so please avoid calls for major issues or if your pet is in deep pain. If your appointment is urgent in nature, please call your care center directly to handle your request appropriately.
7. How do I cancel a vet appointment?
Cancellations are possible only for next day or later appointments. Please make sure to cancel by midnight for next day appointments. Same day appointments cannot be cancelled at this time as it is an on request model.
